	FAQ's ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS OVER AND ABOVE THE PRICE PER WEEK COST? HOW DO I OBTAIN THE KEYS TO THE VILLA? ARE THERE ANY SUPERMARKETS NEAR BY? IS THERE A TELEPHONE AT THE VILLA? IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS AT THE VILLA? WHAT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED? WILL I NEED TO BRING BED LINEN / TOWELS ETC? WHAT ENTERTAINMENT IS PROVIDED IN THE VILLA? HOW WILL I FIND THE VILLA? WILL MY POSSESSIONS BE SAFE IN THE VILLA? IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE VILLA? ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS OVER AND ABOVE THE PRICE PER WEEK COST? The only additional costs are for pool and spa heating (we recommend heating between October and April) and vacations involving short stays (see terms and conditions). HOW DO I OBTAIN THE KEYS TO THE VILLA? A door key is not used in our villa. We provide guests with a unique code number, by post or email, two weeks prior to departure. This code is entered into a keypad set into the door. Top ARE THERE ANY SUPERMARKETS NEAR BY? Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes drive away including a Wal-Mart Superstore, Publix and Sweetbay. IS THERE A TELEPHONE AT THE VILLA? Yes. All calls to USA & Canada are free from our villa. For other calls, telephone cards can be purchased from most supermarkets and many other outlets e.g. 7-Eleven. Top IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS AT THE VILLA? Yes. A WIFI Broadband Internet connection is provided for guests use. Please note that this service is provided FREE to guests. The owners will use their best endeavours to ensure that the service is available for use, but cannot be held responsible for any failures, or non-availability, of communication lines, hardware or software. WHAT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED? The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained weekly. Top WILL I NEED TO BRING BED LINEN / TOWELS ETC? Each bed has two full sets of bedding. Towels and pool towels are also provided. WHAT ENTERTAINMENT IS PROVIDED IN THE VILLA? The villa has a widescreen HDTV and DVD player in the family room along with a Sony Playstation 2 and games. A WIFI Broadband Internet connection is provided for guests use. Please note that this service is provided FREE to guests. All bedrooms have televisions and DVD players. A selection of DVD's, books and board games are available for your use. Top HOW WILL I FIND THE VILLA? We will provide maps to enable you to easily find the villa. These will also contain clear directions of journeys from Sanford and Orlando International airports. WILL MY POSSESSIONS BE SAFE IN THE VILLA? A centrally monitored home security system has been installed in our villa. Top IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE VILLA? For the comfort of all our guests the villa is TOTALLY NON-SMOKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. Additionally, Florida law does not permit guests to smoke within rental villas.
